Budapest Top Food Finds: 

Budapest is truly one of my favorite cities. Everywhere you look, you can find beautiful buildings full of history. You can spend days in the city and barely scratch the surface. With all that exploring you are sure to work up quite an appetite. I know finding the right places to eat in a new city can sometimes be daunting, but don’t worry I’ve done the work for you! Below I have complied a list of some of my personal favorites and categorized them by my favorite meal times. Happy eating, or as they say in Hungarian… Jó étvágyat!

Breakfast/ brunch:

Lunch/ Dinner : 

• Zing Burger: amazing burger and fancy bar food Address: Budapest, Teréz krt. 62, 1065 Hungary

• Bestia: amazing industrial style restaurant with steak, burgers, sandwiches , seafood and more. Address: Budapest, Szent István tér 9, 1051 Hungary

• Bock Bistro: contemporary bistro with Hungarian tapas and local wines. Diners can enjoy live accordion music in the evenings.  Address: 1073 Bp. Erzsebet krt. 43 – 49. A 

• TG Italiano Restaurant – A trendy eatery with creative Italian dishes, outdoor tables and an upstairs bar. It offers a stunning view of the Basilica Address: 1051 Bp. Okt6ber 6. u. 8

• Ramenka – Authentic Japanese cuisine in a simple setting. Big portions. Address: 1075 Bp. Kazinczy u. 9.

• Buddha Mini Thai Wokbar –  Healthy Asian food, including sushi and Thai green noodle soup. Address: 1077 Bp. Wesselenyi  u. 18.

Dessert:

• Strudel Hugo: sweet and savory strudels
