Priority Pass: Guide to the Best Lounge Access

Priority Pass: Guide to the Best Lounge Access

Priority Pass

Since 1992, Priority Pass has been providing frequent travelers with independent airport lounge access worldwide. Their network of lounges continues to grow in strength and numbers today.

The company’s determination to remain the No.1 choice has driven unrivaled investment in lounges, resources, processes, technology, and partnerships.

The result is that today Priority Pass still offers more lounges, in more cities, in more countries than any other competitor. And it’s why every visit is defined by faster, easier access. With access to over 1,500 lounges in 600 cities and 145 countries, it stands clearly above the rest.

Priority Pass is a club that is simultaneously inclusive (affordable to all) and exclusively for those who value a little piece of civilization on their journey. They do have capacity limits so it’s best when you have multiple lounge options to choose from.

Benefits for customers

  • Tranquility. Service. Space. Comfort: sit down, stretch out, enjoy a pre-flight bite and a drink from the selection available, including free alcohol at most lounges

How to Experience the Lounges

You can become a member, take out guest passes or even get access to these lounges for free as a member of many travel rewards cards! I personally have full access to Priority Pass as I hold a Capital One X Venture card! This also allows me to take in a guest (or even multiple with a fee). Whether traveling for business or leisure, Priority Pass members can escape the hustle and bustle of crowded terminals and enjoy a tranquil environment where they can work, relax, or simply enjoy a moment of peace. With a range of membership options tailored to suit different travel needs, Priority Pass ensures that travelers can make the most of their airport experiences, no matter where their journeys take them.

FAQ’s

Can I use the pass immediately after joining?

If you have a Digital Membership Card included then you sure can. As soon as you register your online account, it’s activated. Check under ‘Account’ on the app or ‘My Priority Pass’ on the website to see if you have one.

Where can I find Lounge locations ?

The most up to date lounge locations are on our Priority Pass App and website. Log in to see what other benefits you may be entitled to.

What lounges are available to me?

Before traveling, log in to your account to check if your preferred lounge is available on your membership. If you haven’t already created a Priority Pass account, strongly recommend doing this before traveling. This will not only enable you to check lounge availability but also unlock numerous perks, discounts, and alternative lounge options.

Can I take guests into the lounge?

Yes, we encourage you to share the Priority Pass experience with your friends, family or business partners. Before doing so, we encourage you to check the Lounge Information under the lounge listing to verify whether the lounge you are visiting has a guest limit or whether you will be charged.

If you bought your membership directly from us, your guests’ visits will be charged at a flat rate. If your membership is through another provider, such as your bank, the guest fee can vary. Contact your issuer to check.

Any guest fees will be charged to the payment card linked to your account.

Can I access a lounge without my membership card?

You will need to present your physical Digital Membership Card or eligible payment card when entering a lounge. I suggest saving to your Apple wallet on Apple devices to make this quick and easy.

If I’m flying from one Terminal and the lounge is in another, can I still access it?

This will depend on the security restrictions at the airport. Your Priority Pass won’t allow you to pass through airport security to access a lounge. This will only be an issue if you’re flying internationally and they are in separate terminals.
