Estonia Digital Nomad Visa Requirements:

  • Proof of income (minimum €3,504 per month)
  • Proof of active employment (non-Estonian client contracts)
  • Description of your study and professional life course
  • Valid Passport – with 2 blank pages and it must still be valid 3 months after visa expires
  • Insurance Policy – must be valid during your stay in Schengen Countries.
  • Fill out the online application form
  • Pay the application fee

Qualifications:

  • Can work independently regardless of location
  • Perform duties remotely using telecommunications technology
  • Has an employment contract with a company registered outside of Estonia, conduct own company abroad, or a freelancer for clients mostly outside of Estonia
  • Have a minimum of €3504 (gross of tax) monthly income (met 6 months before application)

Processing Fees: EURO 80 for short-stay or EURO 100 for long-stay

Application Process 

1: Contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate and ask for Estonia Digital Nomad Visa’s information. 

2: Gather the requirements. Pay the fee in advance, if required. If you are ready, you can book an appointment at the nearest Embassy or Visa Application Center.

3: Go to the Embassy or Visa Application center with your documents and payment slip. Biometrics will be taken.

4: Wait for the decision of the Embassy if your application passed. It will take at least 15 to 30 days.

5: You can pick up your Digital Nomad Visa, congratulations!
