Fabrique Pub: Split

On our first night in Split, Croatia we just wanted to wander up and down the Riva to see what options were available. Normally this method is our favorite and we always find some amazing hidden gems. However after an hour of everything being fully booked up, we saw Fabrique, which was one of the recommendations from our host, so we took the first available booth they had. Trust me, anyone who knows me knows that a hangry Bri is the last thing you want to see! Once we sat down we were excited to look around.

DECOR:

They have limited seating on the patio So unfortunately we were not able to sit outside. The inside is actually very elegant for a pub. They seating is a mix of normal tables, booths and fancy high throne chairs. The inside is stone and brick and they pair it was beautiful light fixtures. They have a full bar and you can order a variety of drinks.

SERVICE:

Our waiter was wonderful. He was very friendly and quick to take our orders. He checked on us periodically for more drinks and the food didn’t take too long to arrive which was great because we were starving!

TASTE:

Fabrique burger:

This is their “standard” burger and it comes topped with lettuce, tomato, smoked cheese and a pub sauce. It was wonderful. Comes with a big side of fries.

Truffle burger:

This burger was very tasty. The meat was juicy and paired wonderfully with the truffle sauce. The fries were also very tasty! Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
